There is so much knowledge about bodies that we don't readily know - that the commercial world doesn't persistently inform us (unlike thin/diet culture). I love introducing folks to it - it can be transformational!
Many people still position body difference as a failing of the individual when evidence shows that’s just not the case and that simplistic or idealised body-thinking comes at a cost to our wellbeing.
